• Unstitched Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional processing time of 12-17 days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
• Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for all domestic orders.
• International Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated before order confirmation as these orders taken manually now through watsapp or social channels. Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after order dispatch.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.
• Please note that delivery times are subject to courier partner timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
• If your order is delayed or not delivered within the specified timeline, please contact us at support@efwbyfathima.in, and we will assist you promptly.
6. Important Notes
• Ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. EFW is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Understanding Stitching and Standard Measurements:
At EFW, we take utmost care to deliver products with precise craftsmanship and finish. However, please note the following regarding stitching and sizing:
1.Standard Measurements:
• All stitching is done based on industry-standard measurements to ensure a consistent fit. These measurements are used unless customization requests are explicitly made at the time of order.
2.Fit Adjustments:
• As body shapes and preferences vary, slight alterations may be required after delivery to achieve a perfect fit. EFW is not responsible for such minor adjustments and recommends consulting a local tailor if needed.
3.Customization Requests:
• For customized stitching, accurate measurements must be provided during the order process. Any errors due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not the responsibility of EFW.
4.Defects or Errors:
• If there is a genuine stitching defect or issue caused by our team, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product, accompanied by an unboxing video.
• Upon review, EFW will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, exchange, or credit, depending on the situation.

Care and Responsibility for Handcrafted detailing:
At EFW, we take pride in delivering meticulously crafted sarees adorned with delicate beads, embroidery, and sequins. However, due to the intricate nature of these embellishments, customers are kindly requested to note the following:
1.Handcrafted Detailing:
• Our sarees feature handcrafted embellishments, which require delicate handling. Slight loosening or falling of beads, sequins, or embroidery is considered a natural characteristic of such handcrafted work and not a defect.
2.Care Instructions:
• Handle your saree with care to preserve its intricate detailing. Avoid pulling, rubbing, or exposing it to harsh surfaces or excessive moisture.
• It is recommended to dry clean the saree to maintain the longevity of the embellishments.
3.Reporting Issues:
• If there is significant loss of embellishments upon receipt, it must be reported within 48 hours, accompanied by an unboxing video showing the intact packaging and the issue clearly.
• Any concerns arising from improper handling after delivery will not be covered under our responsibility.
4.Expected Wear and Tear:
• With use, some embellishments may naturally come off over time. This is a normal part of wear and tear and not considered a quality issue.
