Yes, we offer customization for sarees and blouses to suit your individual preferences. If you need any modifications, such as specific measurements, please contact us before placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Our sarees are typically available in standard sizes, but we offer customization options for tailored fits for additional charges. Our suits are available in a range of sizes, and if you need specific measurements, we can create a custom-fit suit just for you. Please refer to our size guide or reach out to our customer service team for any size-related questions.

Our handloom and handwoven products are crafted with precision and care, ensuring the finest quality for every piece. Products such as linen sarees, Maheshwari silk sarees, designer work sarees, sarees with stitched blouses, and made-to-order kurtis require additional time due to the intricate weaving, customization, and finishing involved.

•Unstitched Maheshwari Silk Sarees: Dispatched within 2 weeks.

•Stitched Maheshwari Silk Sarees: Requires 15-30 days.

•Designer Work Sarees and Made-to-Order Kurtis: Timeframes vary based on the complexity of the design but typically take longer than ready-stock items.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message on your registered mobile number. This confirmation will include your Order ID and details.To track your order:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section. You’ll find the status and tracking information for all your purchases.

2. Use the Order ID and your registered email address in the tracking link provided in the confirmation message.

3. Alternatively, visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to get detailed updates on your parcel’s journey.

This will allow you to stay updated on your order status at every step. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to us for assistance!

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications once your order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Customized items, including blouses, are not eligible for return or exchange. For more details, please visit our Returns and Refund Policy page.

•Dispatch Timeline: We dispatch products from our facility within 6 business days. But for handloom products it may vary.

•Delivery Timeline: Home delivery typically takes an additional 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Yes, you can request a change to your delivery address or mobile number within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped.

To request a change, contact us at support@efwbyfathima.in with your order details. After 24 hours or if the order is already in transit, changes may not be possible.

In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will be able to reship the products with additional charges of ₹180-₹290 (depending on your location) incurred from customer.

If your order contains multiple items, it’s possible they are shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive updates and tracking details for each shipment.

For customized items, production times may vary, so these may arrive later than ready-to-ship products. Rest assured, the remaining items will be delivered soon.

Saree falls and edging are two important finishing steps to enhance the functionality, durability, and look of a saree:

1. Saree Falls:
What It Is: A long strip of cotton or matching fabric, around 5-6 inches wide, stitched along the inner edge of the saree’s hemline (pallu to pleats section).
Purpose:
• Adds weight to the bottom edge, helping the saree drape better and fall gracefully.
• Protects the saree from wear and tear, especially if it’s made of delicate materials like chiffon, georgette, or silk.
• Prevents the saree from curling up while worn.
• Common Use: Almost every saree needs a fall stitched unless the fabric is very stiff and doesn’t require additional weight.

2. Edging:
What It Is: A neat stitching process along the saree’s raw edges to prevent fraying.
Purpose:
• Ensures the saree edges look clean and polished.
• Prevents loose threads from damaging the saree fabric over time.
• Enhances the saree’s overall aesthetic by giving it a finished appearance.

To create an account, click on the “Account" icon button at the top-right corner of the website. Click "Create Account" in resulting page and fill in your details, and you’re ready to explore our premium saree collections and manage your preferences.

Log in to your account, go to the “Profile” section, and update your personal details, shipping address, or contact information. Don’t forget to save the changes.

Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

Browse our collections, select your preferred saree, choose customization options (if any), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions to place your order.

Shipping is free for domestic orders. International shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and dimension and will be informed before taking the order by customer service team.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@efwbyfathima.in within 48 hours, along with pictures of the issue. We’ll review your case and provide a resolution.
