Delivery Terms

At EFW, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery:

1. Order Processing
Unstitched Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional processing time, which will be provied in corresponding product description as it varies for product.

2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for all domestic orders.
International Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated before order confirmation as these orders taken manually now through watsapp or social channels. Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Delivery Timelines
Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after order dispatch.
International Orders: Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days, depending on the destination. Please read through terms for international shipping here.
Please note that delivery times are subject to courier partner timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

At EFW by Fathima, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers are requested to ensure availability to receive the parcel.

Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Delivery calls not answered
  • Parcel not picked up from the courier office
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

the following policy will apply.

Re-shipment Charges

  • First delivery attempt: Shipping is arranged from our end.
  • If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or not answering courier calls, the order can be re-shipped once the parcel reaches us.
  • Re-shipment charges must be paid by the customer.

Please note that re-shipping will be processed only after the additional shipping charges are paid.

Important Note

We request customers to answer courier calls and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid delays and additional charges.


4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed or not delivered within the specified timeline, please contact us at support@efwbyfathima.in, and we will assist you promptly.

6. Important Notes
Ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. EFW is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
