1. Order and Cancellation
1.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
1.2 Orders Cancellations are not permitted once placing the order.
1.3 EFW reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products only. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
1.3 Custom-made or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.4 For approved returns, refunds will not be issued as money payments. Instead, the value of the product will be credited to your EFW account as store credit.
1.5 Store credits can be used for future purchases and will remain valid for all time .
1.6 To process an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video from start to finish. This video must include the intact outer packaging, product opening, and clear visibility of the defect or damage. Without an unboxing video, the exchange will not be processed.
1.7 Products used, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
1.8 Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
1.9 Handloom Maheshwari Sarees – Made on Order
When you place an order for our Maheshwari handloom silk sarees, please note that:
- Each saree is custom-woven on order by our artisans.
- Border, pallu, motifs, and pattern placements may differ from the reference images.
- These variations occur naturally in handloom weaving and reflect the authenticity of the craft.
- Slight differences in shade due to weaving batches or lighting cannot be considered a defect.
- Therefore, no exchange, return, or refund will be provided for handloom Maheshwari sarees under any circumstances.
