• Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for all domestic orders.
• International Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated before order confirmation as these orders taken manually now through watsapp or social channels. Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after order dispatch.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.
• Please note that delivery times are subject to courier partner timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Upon review, EFW will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, exchange, or credit, depending on the situation.

• Our sarees feature handcrafted embellishments, which require delicate handling. Slight loosening or falling of beads, sequins, or embroidery is considered a natural characteristic of such handcrafted work and not a defect.
2.Care Instructions:
• Handle your saree with care to preserve its intricate detailing. Avoid pulling, rubbing, or exposing it to harsh surfaces or excessive moisture.
• It is recommended to dry clean the saree to maintain the longevity of the embellishments.
3.Reporting Issues:
• If there is significant loss of embellishments upon receipt, it must be reported within 48 hours, accompanied by an unboxing video showing the intact packaging and the issue clearly.
• Any concerns arising from improper handling after delivery will not be covered under our responsibility.
4.Expected Wear and Tear:
• With use, some embellishments may naturally come off over time. This is a normal part of wear and tear and not considered a quality issue.
